ADA ACCESSIBILITY
The University of Houston Department of Athletics is committed to providing accessible services to guests of the University. TDECU Stadium is designed with accessible parking, restrooms, concessions and seating areas. ADA Accessible Parking is available in game day parking lots and garages for qualified Cougar Pride donors. ADA Accessible parking is also available in University of Houston pay-by-phone parking lots and parking garages (game day rates apply). For more information, fans can call the Houston Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647).
ALCOHOL
The University of Houston and The Department of Athletics works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol is prohibited in TDECU Stadium. Beer, wine and liquor are sold at select concession stands and portable stands throughout the concourse. All patrons must meet the legal drinking age and provide legal identification in order to be served alcohol in TDECU Stadium. All alcohol sales conclude at the beginning of the fourth quarter for the general public areas of TDECU Stadium.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside TDECU Stadium with the exception of service animals (dogs) trained to work or perform tasks for guests with disabilities.
• Therapy, comfort, companion or emotional support animals are not permitted inside TDECU Stadium.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in most restrooms of TDECU Stadium.
All Gender restrooms will include a chair for any mothers looking for a place to nurse their child.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners, signs, and flags are allowed in athletics facilities provided they do not impede another guest’s view of the competition, cover any facility signage, and/or are not attached to the facility. Banners, signs, and flags on poles or sticks are prohibited. Athletics Event Management reserves the right to remove any banner, sign, or flag that is in violation of the policy.
CAMERAS
Cameras with lenses less than six inches in length are allowed. Flash photography and stands/tripods of any type are prohibited.
CODE OF CONDUCT
University of Houston supports the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stands as well as portable carts are located throughout TDECU Stadium on the concourse level. A map of concessions can be found here. All concessions locations are cashless.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited along with outside food or drink inside of TDECU Stadium.
Stadium souvenir cups are not returnable after the gameday it was purchased and will be confiscated at security checkpoints.
DRONES
Any use of unmanned aircraft systems requires a permit application and University approval.
ELEVATORS
To access the 200 and 300 level seating in TDECU Stadium, spectators can use the elevator in the northeast corner by Schroeder Gate 1 and Section 133. There are additional elevators on the south side at the club level that provide access to the suite level, press box level (appropriate credential or wristband required) and ADA access to the 300-level seating on the south side. There is an additional ADA accessible elevator to get from the lower concourse to the upper concourse by ICON Gate 2.
EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATIONS
The University of Houston is committed to providing the highest standard of safety for our visitors and employees. Emergency response procedures have been developed to address an emergency or crisis that might arise at TDECU Stadium or surrounding areas that may affect the arena operation. FIRST AID
First Aid stations are located in the southwest corner by section 118 and the northeast corner by section 136 of TDECU Stadium.
GUEST SERVICES
The Guest Services desk is located at the Northeast corner adjacent to Schroeder Gate 1 (behind section 136). Fans can also follow the @UHCougarGameday Twitter account for up-to-date information on traffic, parking, and weather alerts.
LOST AND FOUND
The Lost and Found station is located on the east concourse behind section 136 inside the Guest Services room. At the end of each event, all unclaimed items will be turned in to security (UHPD). UHPD Headquarters is located at 4051Wheeler Avenue Houston, TX 77204. Contact telephone number is 713-743-0620. Guests must present valid photo identification and sign a receipt to claim lost items.
MERCHANDISE
The UH Team Shop, operated by Follett, is the official outfitter of Houston Athletics.

SMOKING
The University of Houston is a tobacco free campus. Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vaping, is not permitted inside or outside of TDECU Stadium.

No items may be distributed in or around TDECU Stadium, including tailgate areas, without prior consent from the University of Houston Department of Athletics and LEARFIELD. DONOR PARKING

METRO RAIL
The Metro Rail Purple Line conveniently stops near Gate 3 on the west end of TDECU Stadium.
PUBLIC PARKING (Non-DONOR PAID)
In order to provide a safer and more hands-free environment fans are encouraged to pre-purchase parking passes for all home games. Click here to purchase your parking pass in advance of arriving on campus. Passes should be downloaded onto your mobile phone and placed in the digital wallet for safe contactless scanning.
RIDESHARE
The designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off location on campus is on University Drive in front of the University Student Center South. The pedestrian route is approximately a 10-minute walk down Cullen Boulevard taking the fan directly to Cougar Alley at Gate 1. To view a map, click here.
RV PARKING (Cougar Pride Donors)
CougaRVillage RV and Oversize Vehicle (Bus/Trailers/Cookers/Smokers) The tailgating area for Cougar Pride donor RVs, oversize vehicles, or vehicles pulling oversize cookers/smokers is located in the Brown Lot (15C) parking lot on the north side of TDECU Stadium. CougaRVillage members will enter off Holman Street to arrive at their designated area. Access to this area is available to Cougar Pride members at the Directors Circle ($6,000+) level and above. Space will be allotted based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System and sold on a seasonal basis for $1,500 per vehicle
Non-Cougar Pride Members wishing to bring an oversized vehicle, truck with trailer RV/ motor home to the game are directed to the Green Lot on the southeast corner of Cullen Blvd and Wheeler Avenue. The cost is $100 pre-paid or $125 on game day. To purchase parking, click here.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Shuttle bus service will be provided on game day to assist spectators to TDECU Stadium. There will be two shuttle routes, one servicing the east side of campus as well as one on the north end. To follow live tracking download the UH Go App or click here.
Shuttle buses will run two (2) hours prior to kickoff and for one (1) hour after the game. A parking map with shuttle bus route can be found here.

TAILGATING
Tailgating is permitted for all University of Houston football games. For tailgate information and policies please click here.

COUGAR ALLEY
The University of Houston Department of Athletics' Cougar Alley provides an exciting pregame destination for Houston Football fans. The pregame zone is located on the east and north end of TDECU Stadium with easy access to Schroeder Gate 1, ICON Gate 2 and Gate 4, located on the northeast and southeast corners of the stadium, respectively. SHASTA’S KIDS ZONE
The Shasta’s Kids Zone located in the Cougar Alley tailgate area is located outside of TDECU Stadium on the north side between Schroeder Gate 1 and Gate 4. It opens four hours prior to kick off each game day. All children 13 years and under can enjoy face painting, games and inflatables.
Entry & Gate Information

CLEAR BAG POLICY
In an effort to provide a safe environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into TDECU Stadium, the University of Houston Athletics Department will adhere to its clear bag policy for all events inside TDECU Stadium.
The UH Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and types of bags that are permitted into TDECU Stadium. Items such as backpacks and purses are not permitted. Fans are strongly encouraged not to bring any bags, however the following will be permitted.
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
A small clutch purse no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap. These small clutches are subject to search.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate by TDECU Stadium personnel.
ENTRANCES GATES
TDECU Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
There are five guest entrances to TDECU Stadium. The locations are as follows:
• Schroeder Gate 1: Northeast corner of TDECU Stadium at Legends Plaza. - All guests.
Recommended entrance if seated in sections 232-239, 332-335, Loge Box 36-42 (ADA elevator to 200/300 level)
• ICON Gate 2: Southeast corner of TDECU Stadium. - Student entrance, all guests
Recommended entrance if seated in sections 101-105, 240-242, 301-306
• Beth and Dan Bellow Club Entrance: South side of TDECU Stadium. - Club, Suite Level and south side Loge Box members. ADA elevator access to 300 level seats.
Recommended entrance if seated in club seats sections 106-112 and all suites
• Gate 3: Southwest side of TDECU Stadium. - All guests, non-UH football recruits and HS coaches.
Recommended entrance if seated in sections 106-121, 307-315
• Gate 4: North side of TDECU Stadium. - All guests, UH player guest pass list, visiting team player guest pass list and media will call.
Recommended entrance if seated in sections 122-131, 224-231, 323-331, Loge Box 27-35.

METAL DETECTORS
Screening procedures will be in use at all entry gates. Walk-through and hand wand metal detectors will be the primary means of screening. Any person who does not consent to screening will be denied entry into the stadium. To help expedite the process, guests are advised to only bring items they will absolutely need for the event.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes (the University of Houston is a Tobacco Free Campus)
• Ticket scalping
• Abusive, foul or disruptive language
• Throwing objects
• Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
• Access to the field level and or playing surface without the proper authorization or credential
• Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Guests who appear to be intoxicated will not be permitted admittance into TDECU Stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited inside TDECU Stadium:
• Alcohol
• Animals – With the exception of trained service animals on leashes for guests with disabilities
• Therapy, comfort, companion or emotional support animals are not permitted
• Artificial noisemakers
• Backpacks/All bags larger than 4.5”x 6.5”
• Cameras with lenses larger than six (6) inches
• Coolers/Bottles/Thermoses/Cups including Souvenir Cups
• Drones
• Firearms and weapons of any kind
• Fireworks, open flames or flammables
• Frisbees, balls, inflatable, or other projectiles
• Illegal drugs
• Laser pointers
• Glass containers of any kind
• Outside food and beverage
• Personal transport devices (skateboards/hover boards/segways)
• Seats and/or seat backs wider than 18 inches
• Tobacco of any kind (including e-cigarettes)
• Umbrellas
Any attempt to bring prohibited items into TDECU Stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from TDECU Stadium property.
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
PROHIBITED ITEMS TRAILERS
Fans who choose, can use Prohibited Items Trailers outside of Gate 1 and Gate 2 to check-in prohibited items. Trailers open 2 hours prior to kickoff and close one hour after game ends.
*Any items not picked up one hour after the game ends will be taken to UHPD Headquarters the next business day.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry into TDECU Stadium is prohibited.
STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted inside TDECU Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Strollers cannot be placed in a wheelchair accessible area. Strollers can be left at the Guest Service booth adjacent to Schroeder Gate 1 across from Section 136 and retrieved as you exit TDECU Stadium.
Tickets
The University of Houston Athletic Ticket Office is located at TDECU Stadium in the northeast corner by Schroeder Gate 1 and Legends Plaza. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On game day the Ticket Office opens four (4) hours prior to the start of the game. To ensure a more contact-free and convenient fan entry experience UH Athletics will utilize a fully integrated digital mobile ticketing platform. Fans should download their ticket to their mobile device and place them in their digital wallet for safe contactless scanning at the gates. For more information, click here.
UH Athletics strongly recommends fans to download their mobile tickets and parking passes to their mobile wallet on their smartphone prior to each home game.
ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASES
Fans can purchase tickets by calling 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647), or by visiting the Athletics Tickets Office in the northeast corner of TDECU Stadium adjacent to Schroeder Gate 1 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or purchase online at UHCougars.com/tickets.
CHAIRBACKS - COOG SEATS
Individual game chairback rentals will be available for $15 on game days inside the stadium at various locations.
Season ticket holders can order season long chairbacks at a discount prior to season through the UH Ticket Office when renewing tickets.
GROUP SALES
Houston Athletics offers special discounts for groups of 10 or more. If you are part of a company, church or other organization, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. LOST/ STOLEN TICKETS
In case of lost or stolen tickets, please contact the Houston Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) as soon as you recognize that the tickets are missing. On game day, please go to the TDECU Stadium Box Office adjacent to Schroeder Gate 1. Patrons will be required to show their photo ID, confirmation number (if available) and credit card, if applicable, that was used to purchase the ticket(s). Stolen tickets should always be reported to the local law enforcement agency first.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to game date or time changes. Check UHCougars.com for up-to-date game information. All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
STUDENT TICKETS
All UH full-time students are eligible to attend for FREE to regular season football home games. All students MUST have a ticket to enter TDECU Stadium. Students will also be required to show their UH ID card at the gate along with their ticket to gain entry into TDECU Stadium. Students will have two options to claim their ticket for entry. At 10 a.m., on the Monday prior to game day students can go online Sign In | University of Houston (evenue.net) and claim one ticket for entry into the game. The ticket will be loaded to their account 24 hours prior to the game and downloaded directly to their phone for a Mobile ticket. On game day, if tickets are still available, students may scan the QR code at Gate 2 Ticket Office to claim a ticket. Students must present a valid Cougar Card to claim a physical ticket on game day. The student entrance is ICON Gate 2 on the southeast side of TDECU Stadium.
- Where to Sit: Sections 134, 136 through Section 140, and Sections 239 through 242 are designated for student seating. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Section 135 is reserved for the Spirit of Houston.
- Student Guest Tickets: UH full-time student may purchase an additional student ticket in the student section, pending availability. Student guest tickets must be purchased IN PERSON with your valid Cougar Card, and are only available on the day of the game at the ICON Gate 2 ticket booth.
- Postseason Events: Cougar Card IDs are required to purchase tickets if a student rate is available. For student ticket information on a specific championship or postseason events please call the ticket office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) or visit UHCougars.com/tickets

TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL COACH TICKETS
Texas High School Coaches can receive one (1) complimentary ticket for themselves and one (1) additional for a guest, based upon availability. THSCA members should contact Special Assistant to the Head Coach Donn Landholm in the Football office at drlandho@Central.UH.EDU in advance to request their names to be added to the list for a particular game(s).
TICKET POLICY
Guests are required to possess their ticket at all times once they enter TDECU Stadium. Guests must show their ticket to any TDECU Stadium staff member when requested to do so. Failure to produce a valid game day ticket may result in ejection from TDECU Stadium.
For Cougars games, children age two (2) years and under are admitted free of charge to TDECU Stadium. They must be seated on an adults lap and not interfere with the sight lines of other guests.

TICKET SALES WINDOWS
TDECU Stadium ticket sales windows will open four hours prior to kick off on game days. Advance ticket sales are made through the Houston Athletics Ticket Office by calling 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647), online at UHCougars.com, or at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office by Schroeder Gate 1 of TDECU Stadium.
TRANSFER TICKETS
Fans can transfer their tickets prior to each game, by visiting here for instructions.
VISITING TEAM PASS GATE
For visiting teams which do not use digital tickets, the visiting team pass gate is located on the north side of TDECU Stadium at Gate 4. The pass gate will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
WILL CALL
General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets in advance during the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office adjacent to Schroeder Gate 1 during normal business hours or on game day starting four hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
