Jordan, Maswanganyi Shine at Mt. SAC Relays

Quivell Jordan and Shaun Maswanganyi clocked top 10 times on Thursday
WALNUT, Calif. – Quivell Jordan and Shaun Maswanganyi shined on Friday at the Mt. SAC Relays at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
Jordan brought home the gold in the men's 400-meter hurdles with a time of 49:66. His time tied his career-best from the Texas Relays as well as his No. 7 mark in the nation.
Maswanganyi tied the No. 3 time in the nation in the men's 100-meter prelims with a time of 10.10 and finished with the No. 1 seed going into Saturday's finals. Edward Sumler finished with the No. 6 seeded time for finals tying his career-best with a 10.22.
Naomi Taylor qualified for finals in the women's 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.26 and then matched that time finishing third overall in the event finals. Devin Vallejo continued the podium finishes with a third-place finish in the men's 1500-meters clocking a 3:47.41.
Priscilla Adejokun will represent the women in Saturday's finals finished eighth in the women's hammer throw with a 8.85 mark to advance to finals on Saturday.
