Houston Duo on Reese’s Senior Bowl Top 250

Stevenson, Stuard spotlighted entering season
HOUSTON – Houston senior wide receiver Marquez Stevenson and senior linebacker Grant Stuard have been named to the 2021 Reese's Senior Bowl Top 250 watch list.
Student-athletes must be a senior or fourth-year junior to be eligible for the Reese's Senior Bowl, which is the nation's most prestigious college all-star game and has been played annually since 1950.
Stevenson is a two-time American Athletic Conference first-team honoree. A season ago, the Shreveport, Louisiana, native was third in The American with nine touchdown receptions. He led Houston with 52 receptions and 907 receiving yards one season after producing five 100-plus yard receiving games and 1,019 receiving yards.
Stuard was named to the American Athletic All-Conference second team a season ago after leading the Cougars with 97 tackles (62 solo) and 9.5 tackles for loss. The Conroe, Texas, native ranked third in The American in solo tackles while also adding four pass break ups.
The Reese's Senior Bowl has had 93 total players selected in the last two NFL Drafts, with 40 selected in the first three rounds, including 10 first-round picks in 2019.
