Houston Alum Tabbed for IAAF Team USATF Roster

Burrell set to represent United States in Yokohama
INDIANAPOLIS – University of Houston Track & Field alum Cameron Burrell is slated to represent the United States once again after earning a spot on the Team USATF roster for the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Relays.
The event will consist of nine events: the 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m for both men and women, and a mixed 4x400m, shuttle hurdle relay and a 2x2x400m relay. The relays will take place on May 11-12 at the Yokohama International Stadium in Yokohama Stadium.

Burrell closed out his Cougar career as an NCAA individual champion in the 100-meter dash, as well as the 4x100-meter relay and an eight-time All-American. Burrell is in action this weekend at the Penn Relays where he was tabbed for the Team USA roster in the USA vs. The World races.
