Ed Oliver Bobbleheads for Sale on Friday

Only 108 will be available for sale prior to Friday Night Lights
HOUSTON – Originally sent to Heisman Trophy voters and select media only prior to the 2018 season, 108 special edition bobbleheads showcasing three-time All-American Ed Oliver and his horse Oreo will be available for sale prior to Houston Football's Friday Night Light events Friday at TDECU Stadium.
With Oliver's likeness being used, proceeds from the sale will go to the 2017 Outland Trophy winner, who will be donating 50 percent of the proceeds to Houston Athletics and Cougar Pride.
The 108 bobbleheads will be available for $100 each, limited to two per customer and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sale will start at 6 p.m., at the ticket window located at ICON Gate 2 on TDECU Stadium's southeast corner. Credit cards and cash will be accepted.
Fans are encouraged to stick around following the sale for Houston Football's Friday Night Lights event at TDECU Stadium. Gates for the open practice open at 6 p.m. and free parking will be available in Lots 12A and 12B on the south side of TDECU Stadium. Full information on the event can be found here.

- Led Houston defensive linemen with 54 tackles on the year.
- Finished the year with 54 tackles, including 14.5 tackles for loss and three sacks in only eight games. Also had two pass breakups, one forced fumble and nine quarterback hurries.
- With 54 career tackles for loss, Oliver finished third on the UH career TFLs chart and was 12 away from the Houston career record.
