Houston Athletics Career Fair Set for Nov. 5

Event will pair Houston student-athletes with up to five companies for 15-minute interviews
HOUSTON – The 2018 Houston Athletics Fall Career Summit, part of the Houston Athletics Department commitment to student-athlete career development, will take place Monday, Nov. 5, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the TDECU Stadium club.

The event will give employers who attend the opportunity to connect with Houston's junior and senior student-athletes. Each student-athlete will be paired with five companies at the event, meeting with each for 15 minutes.
At the completion of the five rounds, the event will conclude with a breakout mixer allowing student-athletes and attending companies the opportunity to continue networking.
Companies interested in attending the event can have up to four representatives attend the event with each company receiving appetizers and refreshments, one six-foot company table at the event and two hours to interact with approximately 120-200 student-athletes from the Tier One University of Houston.
The entry fee for the event is $75 per company and interested companies can contact Alexandra Slimp at aslimp@uh.edu to sign up or for additional questions.
