COLUMBUS, Ohio --The University of Houston Women's Golf program stood in 14th place following the First Round of the NCAA Columbus Regional on Monday afternoon.

Sophomore Leonie Harm, who led the Cougars a year ago at the 2016 NCAA Baton Rouge Regional, posted the team's low round of the day with a 77 on the 6,416-yard Scarlet Course at Ohio State Golf Club. The Gerlingen, Germany, native was tied for 23rd.
Making her NCAA Regionals debut, junior Allie Andersen led the Cougars with two birdies in Monday's First Round and was tied for 52nd at 80. Junior Megan Thothong was tied for 65th at 81, while fellow juniors Ivon Reijers and Courtney Tibiletti were tied for 84th at 85.
