HOUSTON -- With 12 alums on NFL rosters, the #HTownTakeover is well represented across the league and five active alums were in action in the 16th week of NFL action. Take a look around the league to see how they performed...

Recently activated #HTownTakeover alum Demarcus Ayers caught one reception for nine yards in his regular season debut and showed no hesitation blocking in the run game while also picking up a pivotal pass interference call. The Steelers won 31-27 and clinched the AFC North with the victory. The Steelers host the Browns Sunday to cap off the regular season.

Kenneth Farrow had nine rushes for 28 yards, and pulled in four receptions for 29 yards as the Chargers lost to the Browns 20-17. The Chargers end their season Sunday against the Chiefs. Unfortunately Farrow will be placed on injured reserve, coach Mike McCoy said Monday, with a shoulder injury he's dealt with since August.
Nolan Frese had 10 long snaps in Seattle's close 34-31 loss to division foe Arizona. The Seahawks head to San Francisco to take on the 49ers Sunday with the NFL West title already clinched.

New to Denver, Cougar alum and 10-year NFL veteran Thomas Gafford had nine long snaps in Denver's 33-10 loss to the Chiefs. The loss ensures that Denver will not make the playoff. They end the season next week against Oakland.
#HTownTakeover's Elandon Roberts came up big with 11 tackles and a forced fumble as the Patriots dismantled the Jets 41-3. The Patriots now shift focus to Sunday when they hope to wrap up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs as they take on the Dolphins.
