Track and Field Postpones 2015 Summer Camp

HOUSTON - Due to the threat of inclement weather and flooding in the Houston area, the University of Houston track and field program has postponed its 2015 Track and Field Summer Camp by one week, the program announced Monday.
The camp will now be held Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 24 instead of the originally scheduled days of Tuesday, June 17 and Wednesday, June 18. All other information pertaining to the times of the camp, as well as the events included in each session, will remain the same.
As a result of the postponement, the deadline to register for camp has also been extended until Monday, June 21.

Information on the 2015 Summer Camp as well as the online registration page can be found at Houston Track and Field's official camp website camps.jumpforward.com/houstontrackcamps. Fan's wishing to fill out a paper application can visit UHCougars.com and clicking "Camps" on the Track and Field home page or by clicking here and printing out the form.
Session one will run from 9 a.m. to noon each day and will feature sprints/hurdles and distance/cross country followed by session two from 1-4 p.m., which features all field events.
Both camps are open to students entering 4th - 12th grades. The cost is $250 per session, or $350 if athletes wish to attend both sessions. Lunch will be provided to campers attending both sessions.
