Houston Football returned to the practice fields on Tuesday. The Cougars were rewarded with a few days off for the holidays and returned to the practice fields this afternoon with an efficient, two-hour preparation session. The day began at 3 p.m. with meetings and finished shortly after 5 p.m. on the practice fields.
It's the first of three post-holiday practices in Houston before the team departs on Thursday afternoon for Dallas. The team will workout on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and once again Thursday morning before hopping on the bus for the four-hour trip to "Big D".
The team is scheduled to arrive at the Omni Hotel at approximately 6 p.m. on Thursday. UH will enjoy a "Welcome Reception" hosted by the TicketCity Bowl that evening and will workout the following morning at 10 a.m. at Mesquite High School.
