Liberty Bowl Tickets Available On-Line

HOUSTON - Fans of the University of Houston Football Team can purchase tickets to the 2006 Liberty Bowl at UHCougars.com beginning Friday night.
Fans should click on the "Tickets" link near the top of the main page where they will be directed to a page for purchasing tickets to the Dec. 29 game in Memphis, Tenn., at the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium. Tickets cost $45 and can be purchased on-line at UHCougars.com.
Season-ticket holders who have already sent in their bowl applications will have their orders filled and do not need to order additional tickets unless additional tickets are needed.
The UH Ticket Office will open at 8 a.m., Monday morning and be open during regular business hours next week. As the Christmas holiday draws closer, information about the Ticket Office holiday hours will be posted on UHCougars.com.
Fans can purchase tickets to the Liberty Bowl any time at UHCougars.com.
With a 34-20 win over Southern Miss on Friday in the 2006 Conference USA Championship presented by Aéropostale, the Cougars captured their first C-USA title since 1996. The Cougars are slated to face an opponent from the Southeastern Conference in the Liberty Bowl at 3:30 p.m., Dec. 29.
