This morning, I got up and ate brunch with the team. We had meetings afterward so we could watch our practice film from Sunday.
After that, we headed to Saginaw High School for practice. It was pretty cold outside, but the defense had a good practice anyways. We were all focused, intense and we had fun. Then, we lifted weights before we went back to the hotel.
We had about an hour off before we had to leave to go to Billy Bob's Texas for dinner and a "show". The entertainment for the evening was a hypnotist who got volunteers from both teams to go under and do funny stuff. I got to see Brian Boehm do a great Coach Briles impression, a student athletic trainer imitating a cat, and Brandon, one of our walk-on linebackers, acting like a rooster on stage. It was hilarious to say the least.
After Billy Bob's, some of the guys stayed there to play some video games, shoot pool, and get their pictures taken on the big, fake bull. The rest of us came back to the hotel and hung around for a while before we headed out on the town.
