Coach Bill Solberg on Ashley
"Ashley was an extremely consistent player. One of Ashley's best skills is that she could strike a ball, and pinpoint it where she wanted it to land every time. You could tell her that you wanted the ball to land on the corner of the six, and sure enough she would strike it on a line from 40 yards away. She was so intense, and so passionate. That's what made her the player that she was, and allowed her to start every match."
Highlights as a player
"Beating TCU my senior year in my last game was special. So was beating Texas in 2000 during my sophomore year. Some of the conference tournaments were also special."
