50 Years of Title IX Features
All four Houston Athletics Title IX features in one place
This June the University of Houston Athletic Department recognizes, celebrates and promotes the 50th Anniversary of Title IX across its social media platforms and website with features, highlights and accomplishments from, and by, female coaches and administrators.
Three head coaches (Helena Besovic - tennis, Lydia Gumm - women's golf, and Tanica Jamison - swimming and diving) and Senior Associate Athletic Director, SWA DeJuena Chizer participated to share their stories as athletes, coaches, and administrators and how Title IX affected them directly.
